A serious dose of reality for engaged couples preparing for marriage, remarriage, or validation. Both Before “I Do” and Catholic Remarriage ask probing questions, provide helpful case studies, and cover areas that couples may not always feel comfortable addressing. The Combined Leader’s Guide for Before “I Do” and Catholic Remarriage provides the convenience of a single guide for both programs. It is easily adapted for use with individual couples, or in couple-to-couple and small-group settings. The new edition of Before “I Do” includes a foreword by widely known marriage and family life author, Susan Vogt, new material drawn from Pope Benedict XVI’s first encyclical, Deus Caritas Est, plus all the most popular material from the first edition.
