Mauryeen O’Brien, O.P., is Director of Separated Divorced and Bereaved Ministry at the Family Life Office for the Archdiocese of Hartford, Connecticut. She is past president of the board of trustees for the National Catholic Ministry to the Bereaved. A native of New York and graduate of the University of Notre Dame, O’Brien is also a member of the Dominican Sisters of St. Mary of the Springs.
