Editors
Matthew Sutton is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Theology and Religious Studies at St John’s University. His PhD is from Marquette University.
William L Portier is the Mary Ann Spearin Chair of Catholic Theology in the Department of Religious Studies at the University of Dayton. He is the author of Isaac Hecker and the First Vatican Council (1985) and Tradition and Incarnation (1994), and co-editor of the CTS volume American Catholic Traditions.
