The Cross, Our Only Hope: Daily Reflections in the Holy Cross Tradition
Members of the Congregation of Holy Cross—including pastors, teachers, administrators, and current and past presidents of the University of Notre Dame, as well as other Holy Cross colleges and universities—offer an introduction to the rich, vibrant spirituality of the Congregation through a series of daily meditations on the themes of the Holy Cross spiritual tradition, including trust in God, compassion, hope in the cross, discipleship,and the promotion of justice.

Contributors include Holy Cross seminarians, brothers, and priests, primarily from the United States, and some from overseas. Among the contributors are: Rev. Stephen Walsh, C.S.C., Executive Director, Holy Cross Institute; Very Rev. Daniel Jenky, C.S.C., Bishop of Peoria, Illinois; and Br. Joel Giallanza, C.S.C., Vicar for Religious, Diocese of Austin, Texas.
