Description
Over the last thirty-seven years, Trócaire has worked to try to cope with some of the major natural disasters, human tragedies and critical flashpoints that have occurred throughout the world: the Ethiopian famine in 1198485; the Tsunami in 2004; the repression in El Salvador and Nicaragua; the Rwandan genocide; famine and rebuilding in Vietnam and Cambodia; and the ongoing suffering of the Palestinian people.
Trócaire played a major role in the struggles against the unjust systems in Rhodesia, South Africa, the Philippines and Nigeria. The Search for Justice shows its frontline workers in these and many other places speak to us through this book: this is their story.
